Where did the name " In Our Wilderness " come from?
In Our Wilderness was born from a time of uncertainty, when I wasnβt sure where I was headed next and often felt a little lost, much like being in the wilderness. Life can be full of unexpected turns and challenges, but I wanted to create art that brings a little light, comfort, and joy to our sometimes scary and serious world.

Who designs the products?
Me, myself, and I! β‘ Every little detail of In Our Wilderness, from the products and illustrations to the social media and even this website, is designed and put together by me. Thereβs been a lot of learning (and probably a lot of trial and error) along the way, but I genuinely enjoy every little step of the process.
Will you be restocking sold - out items?
It depends! For older items, I usually wonβt restock them as my drawing style continues to evolve, and Iβd rather keep growing the catalogue with new designs and products. But if thereβs a sold-out item youβd really love to see again, let me know! I might just consider bringing it back hehe.
Do you take custom orders & commisssions?
Not at the moment! Iβm currently not taking custom orders or commissions, but Iβm definitely open to collaborations. If youβre an artist, brand, or creative whoβd like to work together and make something fun, please message me!

Where can I buy In Our Wilderness products?
You can shop through this website or find me at the art markets I attend! Market dates and locations will be shared on my social media.
What materials are you stickers made from?
Our stickers are made from matte-laminated vinyl, making them waterproof and scratch-resistant! Iβve had mine on my water bottle for 2 years now, and theyβre still going strong - no fading, peeling, or changes in quality. Theyβre also durable and not easily torn.
What type of pens can I use on the memo tapes?
You can use markers, gel pens, ballpoint pens, and pretty much any pen youβd use on regular paper! For gel pens, drying time may vary by brand, so let the ink dry fully to avoid smudging.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Currenty, we only ship to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Australia! Working on the the rest of the world, so please stay tuned!
How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends on where youβre located! For Indonesia, delivery usually takes 3β5 days, while a more affordable shipping option takes around 7β10 days for farther areas.
International orders usually take 8β10 days, or longer for destinations farther from Indonesia.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number will be provided once itβs available, so you can use it to keep an eye on your package.
Returns & Issues
Can I return or exchange my order?
Weβre a small, independent shop, and every order is packed with care. While weβre unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, weβre always happy to help if thereβs a problem with your order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@inourwilderness.com
Please include your order number and a few photos of the item and packaging so we can take a look.
Depending on the situation, weβll arrange a replacement or issue a refund. If the item is no longer available, weβll issue a refund instead.
I think there's a shipping issue...
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and weβll do our best to help you look into it with the carrier.
